The damp heat test chamber for antirust oil and grease is a testing device that simulates a humid environment.

Chamber structure:
The damp heat test chamber for antirust oil and grease is perfectly designed. The chamber body is formed by numerical control (CNC) machining, and the chamber door is designed to open upwards, making operation easy.
The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, while the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with plastic spraying treatment, which looks more clean and beautiful.
The water system and electrical system are designed to open in a door-like manner on the side, facilitating maintenance and repair. The insulation system uses superfine glass fiber to fill the insulation area, and the connection between the inner and outer chambers is made of non-metallic materials that are resistant to high and low temperatures, effectively reducing heat conduction.
The chamber door seal is made of high-quality silicone rubber, which does not age or harden under high and low temperature conditions, ensuring more reliable sealing. The water supply method is automatic when water is low.
Control system:
The rust-preventive oil and grease humidity and heat test chamber is equipped with a digital touch-button temperature and humidity controller. It features PID high-precision control, which eliminates the instability that may occur during long-term operation. The temperature sensor used is a platinum resistance thermometer (PT100Ω/MV).
Protection system:
The protection system of the damp heat test chamber for antirust oil and grease consists of phase loss protection, water shortage protection, over-temperature protection, and alarm devices. These features ensure the safety and integrity of both the operational components and the test specimens.
